Gabby made this adventure better! Rachel was also great, they were both great at communicating and I appreciate them walking me through the process of buying a home! They also got me the loan I needed which got me the home my family wanted! Highly recommend

We had several options of places that we could have gone for our home loan, but I'm extremely glad that we chose Neighbors Bank. My LC Kara Muenks is phenomenal. She was extremely quick to respond and answered all my questions thoroughly and with genuine care. I hope that she is involved in my next home finance when the time comes. Couldn’t recommend her enough!Keri Dyer, my credit help specialist was absolutely awesome. She answered all my credit questions and concerns in a timely, thorough manner. I truly can’t thank her enough for her help and education. During our process we worked with Jessica and Kara and we could not have asked for a better team. They were always available to answer the many of questions we had, was always willing to talk through things we did not understand, and continued to educate and notify us of the next steps we should expect. Charlie was great and this is why when our realtor recommended switching to a local lender I decided to stick with neighbors bank. However I would always tell a home buyer to go with a local bank. This was a frustrating process at the end when Tyler and I should have been sooo excited to close. However it was sketchy and not comforting to be using this bank.
