Christina Jordan was an excellent loan officer and the team was all excellent answered. Every question was very patient with me. I was very much a novice and they walked me through every step of it even when I was being a pain in the ass. I would recommend Neighbors Bank every day of the week twice on Sunday.

I had a wonderful experience working with Neighbors Bank throughout my mortgage process. Derek and Brittney were absolutely amazing from beginning to end! They were both helpful, professional, patient, and supportive every step of the way. They took the time to answer my questions, keep me informed, and make what could have been a stressful process feel so much easier. I truly appreciate their hard work, communication, and dedication in helping me reach one of my biggest goals of becoming a homeowner. I'm so grateful to have had such a great team working with me.
