I did pay a full percent above the current rates. Considering my credit score of 815, even after a hard credit check for the loan, that was a little surprising. I would say that on a overall friendliness score Neighbors gets an 8.

You can't control who's going to be your neighbor once you buy your home but here's the one time you can pick a good neighbor right from the start. Your going to get great service right from the start and all the way to the end and beyond. Thank you NeighborsBank for getting us into our forever home.
