Mystle was a not a good loan coordinator, she made everything very difficult and didn't respond in a timely manner. Would ask for more documents than underwriting even needed. Just a hard time.

From the first day I was contacted by the bank with the pre-approval through the closing the whole experience was excellent. Have them tell you way ahead of time what all you will be required to have before you except anything. It is a long process. So be ready. Make sure you lock down what you are really getting and who is covering what in writing.
