We were in constant contact during the initial loan request as well as determined to get us approval quickly when we found the home we wanted. We were able to get out pre approval within an hour of asking so we could quickly place our offer. During closing our loan team made sure that the only work we had to do was simply uploading copies and receipts for our to-do list. Super easy and extremely friendly staff. I would highly recommend Neighbors Bank

Erich has been great since day 1. Checked up on me every time and is always available when needed. Very easy to talk to and he talks in a very understanding and compassionate way. I would have never asked for a different loan officer. I told him to keep doing what he's doing. I would absolutely recommend him to everyone. 11/10.

Neighbors Bank made my home buying journey possible. I shopped around once my credit was ran and no other bank/Lender came close to what Neighbors Bank offered. Initially, I was only inquiring about my score (thinking I was way off) within minutes I was pre-approved. After finding a home, the process between contingent approval and clear to close took no time. Doing it all online made it easier. Whatever they asked for, I was able to send online immediately.
