It being my first home purchase, I started the loan process nervous with many questions. That only lasted until my first conversation with Joshua. Joshua and Justina's communication and attentiveness exceeded expectations. The loan portal is very user friendly and makes the process seamless. The staff/agents were all great and quick to respond. There were a lot of steps involved in the paperwork for the loan (which is normal), but they made it as easy as possible.

My experience was good. I knew nothing about the house and loans but they work with me. The whole time kept contact with me. Make sure I did everything I need to do to get the loan and just got a house.

Garrett was wonderful. He walked me through the process every step of the way. I didn't really think I made enough money to qualify for a pre-approval, but I did . I have now closed on the house and moved in. It is so nice to get out of the apartment. Thank you Garrett.

Paden blew it out of the water, he answered all questions that we had and at any time of day. Feels good to be able to call late and night just go get a response. Emma did an amazing job responding via email as well! Paden not only was helpful through the whole process but showed up to our closing !!! He helped get it done and stayed late on a Friday just so we could get our keys. Will use neighbors bank again for our next home.
