Very rough. Had to submit the same items multiple times. Multiple different agents. One telling us everything is good. Another telling us we still need to upload information we had already uploaded twice. Will note that Jessica was a star and did a great job helping us through the process.

Closing went smoothly as well, funds were provided with no issue and closed within one day of the scheduled closing date. I would highly recommend neighbors as your lender!
