Lack of communication. - New people working on our loan that we were never introduced to. - Repetitively asked same questions even though we provided answers previously.Last minute issues. - Closing procedure is different compared to other mortgage lenders creating delays. - Information reviewed late causing quick costly decisions.

Very rough. Had to submit the same items multiple times. Multiple different agents. One telling us everything is good. Another telling us we still need to upload information we had already uploaded twice. Will note that Jessica was a star and did a great job helping us through the process.
