Shea and Brad were absolutely outstanding, from the level of communication, detail, and commitment they displayed throughout my home-buying process. Communication was beyond poor. The process of getting needed documents could have been handled in far less time if someone had actually returned, or even initiated, a single phone call. As it was, we had to revised and submit the same document FIVE TIMES.
