I am 60 years old and have bought several houses over the years. Neighbors Bank was definitely the easiest and friendliest Mortgage Company I’ve ever experienced. There were no surprises or hidden fees. Shannon Matlack and Alyssa Dowell were awesome!!! Shannon was very patient, informative, and personable. I would definitely recommend giving them a chance. Very knowledgeable on USDA, FHA, and Conventional Loans. A+ Perfect 10.😊

I have heard many stories about how difficult the mortgage process can be. This was not the case with Neighbors Bank. Garret and Tiffani did a phenomenal job in making this a smooth and easy process for me. I went from pre-approved to homeowner in less than 2 months. I still can't believe it!
