Our loan agent was great. She was willing to work with us and answer any questions any time. She responded to our phone calls not just emails. She was great to work with. The loan coordinator she only wanted to do by emails. Never answer the phone. She might call you back more likely get an email a day or two later. There were a lot of emails we were tagged in that should never happen and it was very stressful. We were meant to close on a Friday and had signed everything even had the clear to close and they pulled the loan. I fill like to people hands in the cookie jar due to the fact we got different answers from each person. So I don’t know if this is everyone’s situation but ours wasn’t the best. Very stressful almost backed out. But I’m glad we stuck with it and got our forever home

My experience with Neighbors Bank was excellent from start to finish. Every part of the process was clearly explained, and I always felt informed about what was happening next. The team was responsive, organized, and genuinely committed to making the loan process as simple as possible. What could have been stressful ended up feeling manageable and efficient. I would absolutely recommend Neighbors Bank to other homebuyers.

As a first-time homebuyer, I felt like I did everything wrong. I opened new lines of credit, paid off a significant amount of debt, and used buy-now-pay-later services for many of my purchases. As a result, the loan officer had to verify numerous transactions and payments, which caused delays throughout the process.That said, I learned a lot along the way. Mike and Emilee were absolutely amazing from start to finish. I'm sure I tested their patience at times because it seemed like underwriting needed something new verified almost every day. Despite all the extra requests and challenges, they remained professional, helpful, and supportive throughout the entire process.In the end, everything worked out, and I was able to successfully close on my home. I’m incredibly grateful for their guidance and dedication, and I highly recommend them to anyone going through the home-buying process.

Joey worked hard with us to get us our mortgage all the way to closing day. There were a lot of moving parts with our mortgage, including DPA, and Joey made sure everything was correct before we finalized it. It really felt like he went to bat for us throughout the whole process and we are so grateful to have found someone who cared as much as he did!
