Reilly Aldrich and Cecil Anderson were the most awesome guys for this company. They were easy to work with. They really are the best guys I've ever had the pleasure of working with for a home loan. If there were any issues I had, they carefully took the time to give me understanding of the items that I needed to help my loan move faster. I highly recommend using Neighbors Bank for your home loans. I will recommend these guys to my friends in the future!!!

I very recently closed on my new home. Neighbors Bank made it so easy! I did everything online and they were always quick to reply if I had questions or concerns. My realtor said they were a dream to work with. She told me that the process was by far the easiest she has had all year. She plans to tell other perspective buyers about Neighbors Bank too!

Neighbors bank would not tell me if I was approved for my loan until a couple days before the closing. Every few days the bank would ask for more docs and act like they didn't know whay they were doing for over a month. And neighbors bank could not get my loan closed until a week after the original closing date.

My entire experience with neighbors Bank was a complete nightmare. I will never ever use an online banker ever again. I will always bank locally. This was completely horrible.

From the first click for pre-qualifications to the final closing everything was smooth and made a lot of sense. The team that I worked with communicated effectively, not too often but just right. The app was amazing at keeping me up-to-date 24 hours a day seven days a week and guided me through the process effortlessly.
