This is my first home to purchase, and everyone I dealt with at Neighbors Bank was kind, quick to respond, explained things without making me feel like an idiot. Lol I am so, so very thankful that I chose to go through Neighbors Bank! Thanks to Joey M., Brittany C., and Holly B. Those are the only names I can recall off the top of my head... but they were amazing to deal with!! Thank you guys!!C. Bull

Make sure to do plenty of research on your own. Neighbor’s bank will do the bare minimum to push you along. I’d recommend any other company.

I'm truly sorry you had such a frustrating experience with us. The miscommunication about your course, the delay in closing, and lack of follow-through on the gift card are unacceptable. I'm especially sorry you didn’t feel prioritized or heard by our team—that’s not the experience we want any borrower to have.
