During our process we worked with Jessica and Kara and we could not have asked for a better team. They were always available to answer the many of questions we had, was always willing to talk through things we did not understand, and continued to educate and notify us of the next steps we should expect. Buying a house (and selling at the same time!) can be a lot, but Jessica and Kara made the process so easy. Charlie was great and this is why when our realtor recommended switching to a local lender I decided to stick with neighbors bank. However I would always tell a home buyer to go with a local bank. This was a frustrating process at the end when Tyler and I should have been sooo excited to close. However it was sketchy and not comforting to be using this bank.

It could take longer than expected to go through the process because they are very thorough with everything the do so when the loan finally gets to the final act of it actually being approved there is almost zero question that you will get the loan and if you are lucky enough for Mrs Spadie be thankful because she is AWESOME!
