We had a fabulous experience with both Ashley Owens as well as Cecil Anderson. From start to finish either one of them were willing to put up with us as first time home buyers and all the questions that go along with that. From not being fully convinced that we can afford a home to buying it with their help. We are most grateful. Thank you so much. Especially to he underwriters!

We recently worked with Neighbors Bank for our mortgage while purchasing our new home. Sierra and Emma were our primary points of contact, and we appreciated the effort they put into helping us through the process.They were responsive when we had questions and did their best to provide guidance along the way. My sister recommended Neighbors bank after using them in m two different occasions to purchase a home. Our experience was amazing. They were very responsive, transparent and made the process very easy for us. There were some last minute changes on the seller’s end but they still made it work. Jessica and Kara were amazing

The employees I worked with, the loan officer (Rob Parham), and literally everybody (Nikki the realtor) were all very informative and answered all my questions quickly.
