Neighbors Bank was really fantastic and I would recommend them to anyone wanting to purchase a home or refinance. The representatives were efficient, polite, responsive and easy to work with. Everything was well communicated and our entire process from the home selection to the closing was completed efficiently and on time.

This was the third time I've purchased a home in my lifetime and this was by far the most pleasant experience I've had. The loan officer went through the whole process with me, explained each step and what the timeline would look like. There was a very clearly defined checklist on the website listing the items that needed to be done and would be updated as needed. Communication was fantastic and all questions I had were answered quickly. I can't emphasize enough how painless this whole process was. Neighbors Bank far exceeded my expectations. Thank you!

My whole team was great. Kara was super responsive and wonderful to work with. Underwriting was smooth and closing was, too.
