Melissa Janke is the best! Very thoughtful, detailed, and helpful. Couldn't have done this huge change without her. Wish that she was able to do everything in regards to the homebuying process. Our loan officer was awesome really helped out a lot. The whole loan process was a big pain in the ass. In the rural area where we were at made it difficult, and there were a ton of hoops to jump through, maybe more than normal? I don’t know. Overall though neighborsbank was quick with their communication and quick and trying to get the process done.

Thank you!Paden Klein was friendly, responsive, professional and largely anticipated the questions I had and information I needed. I reached out to him on August 6 with no House in mind and explained that I wanted to close on September 12 because my lease was ending shortly thereafter. Paden understood and let me know he would do his best, but set realistic target of closing in 30 days. In fact, but for an unforeseen occurrence that was no one’s fault, we could have gotten it done in under 30 days. A minor setback pushed the closing out nearly two weeks. Paden and Jenifer Almazan were in touch and helping to keep things moving every step of the way.I stumbled upon Neighbors Bank quite by accident and couldn’t have made a better decision for my mortgage. Thank you!

Lane built my file, combed through it with a fine tooth comb, went through every option with me, worked to clarify/clear all issues early in the process, so that when I made an offer everything went smoothly. Bentley was with me through the closing paperwork and process, making everything seamless. We closed on time with no issues.
