This was the third time I've purchased a home in my lifetime and this was by far the most pleasant experience I've had. The loan officer went through the whole process with me, explained each step and what the timeline would look like. There was a very clearly defined checklist on the website listing the items that needed to be done and would be updated as needed. Communication was fantastic and all questions I had were answered quickly. I can't emphasize enough how painless this whole process was. Neighbors Bank far exceeded my expectations. Thank you!
