The entire team I worked with was very helpful, but Todd Denny was particularly great—very communicative, willing to answer all questions, and always prompt with his responses. I cannot say enough positive things about him.

Ashley Mirth did a fantastic job guiding me through the process. I was not a fan of my underwriter. I our closing was pushed back 4 days due to the underwriters scrutiny.

We usually use our hometown bank for loans but they just weren’t offering anything we could work with so I found Neighbors Bank. From start to finish it was a great seamless experience. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a home loan.

Very pleased with their service and would definitely recommend! It was a lengthy process, but Holly and Abbie were absolutely fantastic about keeping me in the loop, answering any questions I had, and addressing any concerns. My only problem, which really wasn’t my problem but the closing firm’s, was the closing documents arrived only a few minutes prior to my scheduled time to close. Really not a big deal on my end, the closing still went smoothly and am in the process of moving to my new home!
