My husband and I have built and sold several investment properties over the years, always using the same lender. But this was the first home we built for ourselves in over 15 years—and it was a very different experience. Neighbors Bank has proven they are the right mortgage bank. The staff are all intelligent, caring, along with modest sensitivity to its customers needs. I'm 70 the time this is written. If I had to use a mortgage bank at 80 😃 I'd come right back here. They care, they fight, they think for its potential customers. Until Your in the home you were dreaming of. ❤️

I was approved for a loan to purchase a Lennar home in Las Vegas, but just did not feel right about using the builders loan company, title company seemed like a potential for issues. The people I worked with were great, but the paperwork required was ridiculous. Some papers I had to send 2-3 times. The same document over and over. Had to sign a lead paint paper twice and initial the same document twice.
