I co-signed on a mortgage for a family member and with all regrets I tried to get my own house and after trying for approximately 5 years and 5 different mortgage companies Neighbors bank stepped in with their expertise and bypassed that mortgage with all documentation provided that I don’t contribute to to it,even got me into an fha program

Bod and Kara were amazing to work with. They made the whole home buying process easy and smooth and that was something I was nervous about. I was a first time homebuyer and they were in it from the start. They answered any question I had at any time and would call me if I may need more detailed explaining. Everyone that was involved with our home buying process was extremely helpful. From the start to closing they guided us and answer any and every question or concerns we had. As first time home buyers with no money to put down, this was a stressful journey but the team did amazing at taking as much as the stress away as possible. I started my journey with neighbors bank April of this year and as of July 9th 2025 I am officially a homeowner. I never thought it would happen that fast and the team that I had with Neighbor’s Bank were top notch. Very clear communication even on weekends when they did not have to answers my questions and worked diligently to make sure this was a smooth process. I would definitely recommend and I will for sure use Neighbor’s Bank again if the opportunity arises.
