I really enjoyed working with bob and Kara. Beyond helpful, nice, helping to get best pricing as possible. Beyond amazing people. Definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone. Couldn’t have done it without them. Definitely make sure the client is happy and satisfied.

This has been the absolute hardest process. The Loan officer I dealt with did not seem to know how to communicate or was not interested in helping but thankfully the loan coordinator I had assigned to my loan, J.D. Parks, was great and he was always willing to help answer any questions I had. All though the loan officer did not listen to several issues I had with the information she provided to me, J.D. was able to understand my issues and address them.

Neighbors Bank has proven they are the right mortgage bank. The staff are all intelligent, caring, along with modest sensitivity to its customers needs. I'm 70 the time this is written. If I had to use a mortgage bank at 80 😃 I'd come right back here. They care, they fight, they think for its potential customers. Until Your in the home you were dreaming of. ❤️

My husband and I have built and sold several investment properties over the years, always using the same lender. But this was the first home we built for ourselves in over 15 years—and it was a very different experience. We initially started the process with our "usual" lender but quickly felt overlooked, likely because our loan wasn’t considered “large.”One afternoon, I reached out to Jessica to explore our options. From the moment we spoke, she made us feel like a priority.Jessica and Kara absolutely knocked it out of the park. Our file was far from straightforward—we have multiple income streams, including self-employment (which I know can be a challenge!). Still, the process was smoother than I ever imagined. I was approved for a loan to purchase a Lennar home in Las Vegas, but just did not feel right about using the builders loan company, title company seemed like a potential for issues. Boy oh Boy I am truly happy I changed lenders to Neighbors bank. They went above and beyond my expectations. Abbie, and Khaili are great to work with. The people I worked with were great, but the paperwork required was ridiculous. Some papers I had to send 2-3 times. The same document over and over. Had to sign a lead paint paper twice and initial the same document twice.
