Everything is organized well and detailed out with solid instructions on what they need to keep the process moving. Tim and JD both answered all my questions and were never hard to get a hold of. I would recommend neighbors bank to anyone lookin to purchase a home.

The team was there for me. They understood my stress when my 24 taxes had an issue because someone used my SS number to do their taxes . Jenny reached out to my tax person who knows me well. Jenny listened and help me with the many papers that had to be sent in. Josh was always there to answer clearly my questions and this help me understand the process better.
