Way too much repetitive stuff required to keep us busy!! When prequalified then you try to disqualify them with all the repetitive stuff in the todo list. To many people involved and with the main loan officer never available is a joke!! Bought 3 houses this was my 4th and never this bad with other mortgage banks!! Not happy at all!!

Neighbors bank has helped simplify every aspect of buying our new home. From the approval processes to setting up an amazing team and even issues that could arise after closing is finished. Like scammers and other potential Issues for new homeowners!!!

Overall the process was very good. Shannon and Mariah did a wonderful job. Underwriting was a blackhole though that did not communicate. Almost pushed my closing due to last minute request, when documentation was in 4 days prior.

Tim & JD were amazing at answering all my questions and getting me to closing. It wasn’t an easy one to complete and I tried other lenders but only Neighbor’s Bank could get me with the loan I wanted within the price range I could afford. They helped me from start to finish and were very responsive. They have even helped me with questions after closing. Thank you all for your hard work!
