Neighbors made the home buying process Great! I was able to get a referral bonus that helped a lot with closing costs and with the appraisal. Their online platform and text capabilities make it a breeze for communication and getting documents in quickly. The employees are on top of it and always Responsive to communications!

As a first time home buyer Neighbors Bank assisted me from start to finish. They did not just email information and leave me on my own to research or figure things out they explained every step and everything needed to make homeownership possible. I received text messages and I was able to call and send text messages to the same person, that’s what makes the loan officer “personal” or personally assigned to you.
