All this was new to me as a first time homebuyer, any questions or concerns I had my loan officer was always available to talk and explain things to me. I felt he truly did care about me as an individual and making sure I was informed and happy with any decisions I had to make. They're very available to contact and stay in contact with. They are on top of things, they reached out with progress updates and reminders throughout the whole loan process which was great.

We are just so mind blown by our experience with neighbors bank. Rocket mortgage ghosted us and wasted our time. Neighbors bank never gave up on us and because of that we have our home! This experience has forever changed the lives of our children and how can we ever show our gratitude for that! We feel so blessed and grateful.
