Working with neighbors bank has been a great experience. We had previously tried with Rocket Mortgage and the first time we got a snag they pretty much gave up and that was that. Working with neighbors bank was just the opposite. When we ran into any type of issue our loan officer went above and beyond to come up with a solution. They actually seemed to care about us being able to get into a new home and we are grateful to them for that.

I would recommend Neighbors Bank if you’re taking out a mortgage or refinancing. They have very capable and knowledgeable employees who can help guide you in making the best loan decisions for your circumstance. They explained all my options when I was deciding on which type of mortgage I should take, and they were totally transparent and upfront about cost. They put everything in writing, and responded promptly to my emails, text messages and phone calls. I was very happy in my decision to go with them.
