Being on the other side of a loan file is a wild ride (being the buyer rather than the LO), but Kara and Jessica handled my crazy with grace and patience! :)Thanks ladies!
I was approved for a loan to purchase a Lennar home in Las Vegas, but just did not feel right about using the builders loan company, title company seemed like a potential for issues. Boy oh Boy I am truly happy I changed lenders to Neighbors bank. They went above and beyond my expectations. Abbie, and Khaili are great to work with. If your going to buy a home you need these two on your team...
Bentley was the absolute best. I’m so happy that I got to work with her and will do it again.
The people I worked with were great, but the paperwork required was ridiculous. Some papers I had to send 2-3 times. The same document over and over. Had to sign a lead paint paper twice and initial the same document twice.
Thank you for your feedback. I'm glad to hear our team made a great impression, but I'm truly sorry for the frustration with the repeated paperwork. That shouldn't have happened, and I completely understand how frustrating it must have been to resend documents and re-sign forms.

Working with Jessica and Courtney was a fantastic experience. They made the entire loan process incredibly smooth from start to finish. Their expert knowledge and friendly, professional demeanor made everything easy. I highly recommend them!
The process was easier this time around then back in 2006 when I first bought a house.
Very unorganized and communication between the "team" is very lacking. We were repeatedly asked for documents we already turned in. Documents that we turned in were sat on for several days before they were reviewed. It was near impossible to reach anyone by phone and emails were delayed by several days and most questions went unanswered. Closing was extended 4 times because they didnt review anything in a timely manner but neighbors bank made it seem like it was us not turning stuff in was the issue despite us turning it in within a couple hours of the request. Would not recommend this headache to anyone.

Easy process and access to send and receive information. Talking to the reps through text/email/phone was helpful and seemed to move the process forward.

Kolby and Emma went above and beyond to get my loan finished up in a few weeks after my 1st loan officer took another position and didn’t notify me. I would highly recommend them both and will absolutely use Neighbors bank again
Neighbors was awesome they answered my questions really fast. Nice people to do business with. They knew exactly what I needed and were very nice. Definitely would use them again. They even looked at best rate for my loan before closing and it saved me money.

Neighbors Bank made the home buying process super easy. We could manage our entire application online, and got handy text and email reminders from our loan team. Even when our loan officer was away on vacation, the rest of the team didn't miss a beat. This was especially impressive as the bulk of our home buying actions occurred during that vacation window. We got clear, helpful explanations of what to expect and what each document meant.
I had the best and most understanding team helping me during this first time buy. There were several back to back bad life experiences that finally led me to the now decision and I walked into the right decision. Everyone was so helpful in what to do and how to do it. I have battled with the application process before but they helped me with everything, and my anxiety never won. Even on signing day, never ending help, always a text or email away. Would definitely recommend to anyone and hopefully won’t have to but would most definitely use again. And I don’t want to short anyone else, but Garrett E. you are awesome! I went from a zero credit and account 5 years ago after hospitalization to now only to realize I will be doing it alone. And now, with your help, I will be doing it in my own home. Thank you.
I was very pleased with the team I had. They were attentive to my questions and had quick responses to emails, and we closed on our target date. The only thing I would suggest if I was referring a friend. Is to watch the interest rate charge. I feel my interest rate is too high with excellent credit in the substantial down. I am a first time buyer and after researching rates by the time I questioned it I was advised the only way they could possibly bring interest rate down was if I got a counterbid by that time I was too far in and I didn't want to make any hiccups in my process. The only other option was buying points. I didn't feel this was fair when the other government programs had much lower rates with low or no downs this seemed backwards to me and felt I was penalized for choosing a conventional loan because I wanted to lower the duration of my PMI.
