Our loan officer Andrew Barlow was super awesome! Always friendly and willing to answer anytime I had any questions no matter how small my concern was! My realtor even commented on how good he was…she said she could tell he really cared! Neighbors bank worked great with us and the process went so smoothly!

From the beginning with Lane he was top notch in everything, and that same professionalism and friendship was set all the way through with Mariah. Had issues closing the house multiple times. Had to take time off work only to be told 30 minutes before closing that it would not be possible.

Way too much repetitive stuff required to keep us busy!! When prequalified then you try to disqualify them with all the repetitive stuff in the todo list. To many people involved and with the main loan officer never available is a joke!! Bought 3 houses this was my 4th and never this bad with other mortgage banks!! Not happy at all!!

My story is to long to go through everything but let's just say that my loan officer Garrett and Andrea worked together very closely to make me a homeowner.Although there were times where I felt it wasn't worth the hassell Garrett stood by me and continued to do his job diligently and in a timely manner. Let's just say he went above and beyond from phone calls to texts to repeating himself he just stayed calm and help me to stay cam throughout the first part of our journey.In the beginning It was a little rocky with things but after working with him for sometime we worked well together.And let's just say thats what makes things rememorable.

Overall the process was very good. Shannon and Mariah did a wonderful job. Underwriting was a blackhole though that did not communicate. Almost pushed my closing due to last minute request, when documentation was in 4 days prior.
