I really enjoyed working with bob and Kara. Beyond helpful, nice, helping to get best pricing as possible. Beyond amazing people. Definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone. Couldn’t have done it without them. Definitely make sure the client is happy and satisfied.

This has been the absolute hardest process. The Loan officer I dealt with did not seem to know how to communicate or was not interested in helping but thankfully the loan coordinator I had assigned to my loan, J.D. Parks, was great and he was always willing to help answer any questions I had. All though the loan officer did not listen to several issues I had with the information she provided to me, J.D. was able to understand my issues and address them.

We initially started the process with our "usual" lender but quickly felt overlooked, likely because our loan wasn’t considered “large.”One afternoon, I reached out to Jessica to explore our options. Our file was far from straightforward—we have multiple income streams, including self-employment (which I know can be a challenge!). Still, the process was smoother than I ever imagined. The people I worked with were great, but the paperwork required was ridiculous. Some papers I had to send 2-3 times. The same document over and over. Had to sign a lead paint paper twice and initial the same document twice.
