Working with Neighbors Bank was not like working at all! It was so easy to understand what was needed, and what was happening because the team was so responsive. Communication was amazing, emails and calls regularly with updates on the home buying process. If there were ever questions on anything the team made sure to provide excellent explanations and support. They truly worked with us making sure everything always went smoothly and effortlessly. The site was easy to use and laid out well. We received updates, responses and decisions in unprecedented time frames never having to wait on anything. I couldn't recommended them more!

Everything was super easy from the start, Jennifer helped us set everything up and answered all of my 10000 questions, she talked to me like we had known each other our whole life. We spoke everyday getting all of the paperwork ready and planning out what was next, idk if I could have survived the stress without her support. When it was time to close on the house we had a great team that guided us to the end and made sure we were taken care of. Now we have the home we dreamed of, everything we wanted all in one and there will never be a way to thank Jennifer and the whole team at Neighbors Bank enough!!!

When I started the process to buy my home everything was going smoothly and on time. Then the government shut down so my loan was unable to be processed. While it was frustrating, Neighbors did everything in their power to help make sure I was able to get into my new home before Christmas. We were able to sign on 12/1 and I will be putting my tree up with my littles in the next couple of days. The communication of both Kolby and Alyssa were fantastic. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I had a wonderful experience throughout this process. What makes it wonderful was how well Mr. Steve Taurman understood me, I feel like he was walking in my own shoes, meaning, when I express my emotions how I feel through email or text, he will patiently respond and explain to me and make it clearer any information for me. As a young father and husband, going for the first time buying a home and my first ever loan, it was a lot emotion and questions going through my mind and asking Mr. Taurman about them. Over all I praise my Great God and Savior Jesus Christ for making this milestone possible for me and my family for generation that will come to have a home with lands as inheritance, He allows Neighbors Bank and Mr. Steve Taurman to work in this process by blessing them with health and understanding/patients to treat me well. I trust in Jesus that He will bless me and my family to pay this loan steadfastly by providing good jobs, Health and closeness towards Him the Spring of Wealth and Abundance! Amen.

Neighbors Bank made my family's process of buying our first home very straightforward and simple. The web page identified tasks that I needed to accomplish and documents I needed to provide in a simple, accessible way and made it easy to stay on top of what I needed to do. They also worked quickly to get me into my home with only just over a month elapsing between making an offer on a house and closing with an FHA loan. I'd highly recommend them.

If it was not for the team at neighbors bank, we would not have our dream home. We probably could have bought SOMETHING somewhere, but this was our dream house. Reed and Allison moved heaven and earth to get us to closing in 24 days. The whole way, we were able to consult and discuss options with the team, without any judgement or impatience. Neighbor's was able to find programs and mortgage products that were total game changers. I will never recommend another mortgage lender.
