It being my first home purchase, I started the loan process nervous with many questions. That only lasted until my first conversation with Joshua. Joshua and Justina's communication and attentiveness exceeded expectations. The loan portal is very user friendly and makes the process seamless. There is truly is not a bad thing I could say regarding my experience.

The staff/agents were all great and quick to respond. There were a lot of steps involved in the paperwork for the loan (which is normal), but they made it as easy as possible.

Paden blew it out of the water, he answered all questions that we had and at any time of day. Feels good to be able to call late and night just go get a response. Emma did an amazing job responding via email as well! Paden not only was helpful through the whole process but showed up to our closing !!! He helped get it done and stayed late on a Friday just so we could get our keys. Will use neighbors bank again for our next home.

The application process was not difficult. It did tend to seem a little drawn out at times and this mainly due to coordination of tasks between all involved parties. Everyone was very professional, very pleasant on the phone and banking app worked great for uploading docs.
