I just closed on my new home, and Miranda Phillippe was my Loan Officer. I hadn’t bought a home in years, so the process felt a little overwhelming at times. I could have gone with another lender, but I stayed with Neighbors Bank because Miranda was so kind, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire process. She always kept communication open and was quick to answer my questions or provide mortgage quotes on different homes I came across. Even though it was a pretty challenging process at times, she and her team were wonderful to work with. I was finally able to breathe when her team notified me that I was clear to close. I truly appreciate all of their hard work and support in helping me become a homeowner again.

Communication was beyond poor. The process of getting needed documents could have been handled in far less time if someone had actually returned, or even initiated, a single phone call. As it was, we had to revised and submit the same document FIVE TIMES.
