You know, I really don’t know how to put this. I’ve always had a dream of buying a house and never really thought I’d be able to but thanks to Jason and Alyssa. We were able to make my dreams come true. I am a forest officer for the state of Oregon. I’ve worked very hard to get where I’m at today and give my kids the life I never had. I can’t think Jason and Alyssa enough.

We had a really amazing experience with Neighbors, specifically Justice and Cecil. Buying a home for the first time is so scary and anxiety inducing at times but at every turn we were met with nothing but kindness and compassion. They were always willing to help and answer any of the one million questions we had and never made us feel like a bother. By the end of it, we were all joking and carrying on like old friends. We will 100% be recommending to everyone that they come work with Neighbors, thank you again for all of your help and kindness!

The entire process was smooth and much less stressful than we expected, with everything clearly explained along the way.A special thank you to Shannon Matlack, who truly made this home buying experience exceptional. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to answer all of our (sometimes worrying!) questions—even responding on the weekend when we fully expected to wait until Monday. It was actually horrible in the beginning and the the agents seemed unprepared at times and they were just not on the same page. Fast forward to the ending, Garrett picked the file up and ran with it. In all honesty, I would recommend Garrett with Neighbors Bank to be clear. Kudos to Garrett for bringing me the finish line. I do believe my paperwork would have been better suited in his hands.
