If it was not for the team at neighbors bank, we would not have our dream home. We probably could have bought SOMETHING somewhere, but this was our dream house. Reed and Allison moved heaven and earth to get us to closing in 24 days. The whole way, we were able to consult and discuss options with the team, without any judgement or impatience. Neighbor's was able to find programs and mortgage products that were total game changers. I will never recommend another mortgage lender.

Lack of communication when changes were made, went to closing and our realtor called while we were in the parking lot to tell us the lenders hadnt sent over paperwork yet. Had to reschedule closing. Random people getting added into the process so never knowing who you are talking to.
