Christina Jordan was phenomenal!!! She was patient, knowledgeable, and very professional. If it wasn’t for her I don’t know that I would have chosen to buy a house. This process can be crazy but she made it as easy as home ownership can be lol.

Being a first time homebuyer I had no experience on what to do or what I needed.. The loan team provided excellent guidance from Becca Bailey in pre-approval that included guidance and what I needed to do as far as credit was concerned all the way thru Marissa M. My loan officer and underwriting and closing, the whole team was excellent. The Neighborsbank app was very convenient, My work schedule is very demanding and the app allowed me to send documents and sign documents after hours or even in the middle of the night depending on my schedule. In fact, the majority of the process was done online and thru the app. Overall it was a good experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use Neighbors Bank in the future..

Evan,Marissa,and Tiffani being there to answer all our questions even through the government shutdown, it was a wonderful experience. Working with Neighbors Bank was not like working at all! It was so easy to understand what was needed, and what was happening because the team was so responsive. Communication was amazing, emails and calls regularly with updates on the home buying process. If there were ever questions on anything the team made sure to provide excellent explanations and support. They truly worked with us making sure everything always went smoothly and effortlessly. The site was easy to use and laid out well. We received updates, responses and decisions in unprecedented time frames never having to wait on anything. I couldn't recommended them more!

Everything was super easy from the start, Jennifer helped us set everything up and answered all of my 10000 questions, she talked to me like we had known each other our whole life. We spoke everyday getting all of the paperwork ready and planning out what was next, idk if I could have survived the stress without her support. When it was time to close on the house we had a great team that guided us to the end and made sure we were taken care of. Now we have the home we dreamed of, everything we wanted all in one and there will never be a way to thank Jennifer and the whole team at Neighbors Bank enough!!!
