I loved working with each person throughout this home buying journey. I always thought the home buying experience would be a headache but each person I worked with at neighbors bank made the entire process enjoyable and smooth.

Overall the process was very good. Shannon and Mariah did a wonderful job. Underwriting was a blackhole though that did not communicate. Almost pushed my closing due to last minute request, when documentation was in 4 days prior.

It was a pretty simple process getting files in. Basically just plug and play, and the ui of the website was pretty easy to navigate.

Tim & JD were amazing at answering all my questions and getting me to closing. It wasn’t an easy one to complete and I tried other lenders but only Neighbor’s Bank could get me with the loan I wanted within the price range I could afford. They helped me from start to finish and were very responsive. They have even helped me with questions after closing. Thank you all for your hard work!

I am a first time home buyer and did not have a lot of knowledge about buying a home. Abbie and Melissa have been great to work with. They walked me through all the steps and made sure to get everything I needed for closing on my house. They were always available when I had questions.
