Working with our lender was honestly one of the best parts of our home-buying experience. Devin, Austin and their team went above and beyond for us, especially when we ran into multiple challenges with work verification. It wasn't an easy process, but they never gave up on us.They stayed patient, responsive, and incredibly supportive the entire time. Every question we had was answered quickly, and they kept us updated every step of the way, which really helped ease our stress.What stood out the most is how committed they were to make things work for us. Even when things got complicated, they pushed through and found solutions instead of letting us feel stuck or discouraged.We're so grateful for eveeeerything they did!!! Lack of communication. - New people working on our loan that we were never introduced to. - Repetitively asked same questions even though we provided answers previously.Last minute issues. - Closing procedure is different compared to other mortgage lenders creating delays. - Information reviewed late causing quick costly decisions.

Very rough. Had to submit the same items multiple times. Multiple different agents. One telling us everything is good. Another telling us we still need to upload information we had already uploaded twice. Will note that Jessica was a star and did a great job helping us through the process.
