Ashley Mirth and Tyler Grace were very personable and accommodating. They made sure that all the requirements were thoroughly reviewed. The process was understandably long, being first time home owners but we were given updates along the way.

I did pay a full percent above the current rates. Considering my credit score of 815, even after a hard credit check for the loan, that was a little surprising. I would say that on a overall friendliness score Neighbors gets an 8.
