We are so grateful to Neighbors Bank! We saw a house hit the get pre-approved button on Redfin and immediately Neighbors Bank called and said they could help us finish our application and within a couple of days we were pre-approved! Our credit was not quite there but our lender helped with that too. In addition Neighbors Bank helped us find a local, real estate agent. We are extremely happy with how hard Neighbors Bank worked for us. Thank you for the approval!

Working with Jessica and Kara was an absolute treat! From our first ever conversation, Jessica made us feel comfortable and at ease. She happily walked us through every single step of the process and never hesitated to jump on a call and answer every question I had (and trust me, I had a lot of them!). Kara seamlessly transitioned into our process and supported us as we were in the later stages of finding our beautiful home. She was so kind and supportive, it truly felt like the whole team was just as excited as we were when we hit closing day!!
