Kolby and Julia were amazing to work with. They answered all our questions quickly and even answered over the weekend at times. They were so helpful as we navigated buying a house for the first time. Neighbors bank loan team has been above and beyond professional. Garret Ennenbach and the loan team worked tirelessly to accommodate all our needs and expectations to close on our new property. We had interest in two previous properties but backed out, because of structural issues. The loan team continued to support us while we were seeking other homes.
