Bentley and Morgan were amazing and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. This was my first time buying a house and applying for a loan. Bentley answered all my questions and explained the process and next steps, ensuring that I understood the process. Upon closing, our realtor and titling agent also commented on how smooth everything went and expressed how impressed they were with our team at neighbors bank and they hope to work with them again in the future. Overall it was a great experience!

I was not told about a grant in my state and had to negotiate with the seller to be able to extend the closing date so I could apply for it.
