Ashley Harris is the Director of Homebuyer Education at Neighbors Bank and brings more than 15 years of mortgage industry experience. Over the course of her career, she has worked closely with both homebuyers and loan officers, giving her a strong understanding of the questions, concerns, and obstacles people often face on the path to homeownership.

Today, Ashley leads Neighbors Bank’s efforts to make homebuying feel clearer and more achievable through education, content, and community. She is especially passionate about helping everyday buyers, including those who may feel overlooked or unsure where to start, better understand their options and move forward with confidence.

Ashley believes buying a home should not feel confusing or out of reach. She is driven by a simple goal: helping more people see what is possible and feel supported every step of the way.

Outside of work, Ashley enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and their three children. You can often find her hiking, biking, training for marathons, or hitting the slopes.
